Community#
enable data union began as a collaborative effort between Education Analytics and education agencies around the United States that are trying to solve similar problems using data in Ed-Fi for analytics. We built and tested the code together and are now opening the code base to others with a desire to make an impact in education that is broader than we can achieve working on our own.
We hope to work with other education agencies and organizations who are interested in adopting parts of or all of the edu framework, or collaborating on continuing its development. We are very excited about the idea of fostering collaboration among districts and states on metrics, research, and reporting using a common approach. We hope to expand the opportunities for meetings, community forums, and discussions as this community grows.
